About

Allie Urucha Partyka, LPC, LCDC

I created Theryn as a space for reflection and growth. Theryn represents the space between who we are and who we are becoming. It reflects the belief that meaningful change begins within, through reflection and awareness.

My work is grounded in providing a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, gain clarity, and engage in meaningful self-understanding at a pace that feels sustainable.

I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, and the complexities of parenthood, as well as those seeking greater self-understanding. My role is to support you in that process, one step at a time.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories. Through structured sessions, distressing experiences can become less overwhelming, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Yes. I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Carelon Behavioral Health, and Curative.

I am also in the process of becoming in-network with UnitedHealthcare (UHC). If you have one of these plans, you're welcome to join the waitlist, and I'll notify you as soon as credentialing is complete.

If I'm not in-network with your insurance, I'm happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy services.

Standard individual sessions are 53-60 minutes. Extended EMDR sessions may be scheduled as needed and will be discussed during your consultation.

Yes. Secure virtual sessions are available for clients throughout Texas. In-person appointments are offered at our South Austin location.

Your first session is a gentle intake — we'll discuss what brings you in, your goals, and any questions you have. There is no pressure to share more than you're ready for. Together we'll outline a path that feels right for you.
